Here's A Quick Way to Get Past Your Winter Blues

Did you remember that today is Ground Hog Day? It's the winter tradition of watching to see what the famous Punxsutawney Phil will do.

Will he remain hibernated for six more weeks? Or hopefully, will he give us hope for an early spring?

According to Phil's website, "If he sees it (his shadow), he regards it as an omen of six more weeks of bad weather and returns to his hole. If the day is cloudy and, hence, shadow less, he takes it as a sign of spring and stays above ground."

How about you? Will you remain in hibernation for six more weeks? Just like Phil, you can venture out and look confidently toward Spring. Or, you can stay inside and weave your way around the web and this blog for ideas while you wait for Spring. Here, at One Ocean Boulevard, we'll be doing a little of both. Goodbye winter blues!

In the upcoming weeks we'll head out to shop for our model's furnishings. It's going to be fun sourcing out furniture for our open plan Living Room and Dining Room, our Flex/Guest Bedroom and our 4th floor Penthouse bedrooms with incredible views.

Our color palette will be soft and muted with today's punches of color. While we won't be using 50 shades of grey, we will be using today's warm greys on accent walls. But, that's all we'll reveal today.

Stay tuned on our Facebook page as our resident designer, Mary Alice from the design firm, M. A. Smith, Ltd. heads out to photo some of the perfect pieces to design our perfect model.
